Educational content only. No guarantees of outcomes or earnings. Not legal/medical/financial advice.

5. Payments

You authorize charges and applicable taxes for products purchased via Payhip. Failed payments may revoke access.

6. Conduct

No harassment, spam, malicious code, or impersonation. Violations may result in termination without refund.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Refunds

Instant-access products (downloads, templates, courses, journals) are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
Coaching/Consulting: No refunds once a session is delivered or custom work begins. Late cancellations/no-shows may forfeit payment.
Subscriptions: Cancel any time to stop future renewals. Past charges are non-refundable.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in access termination and further action.

9. Disputes & Governing Law

Any dispute arising from site use or purchases will be resolved by binding arbitration in Georgia, USA. Parties waive jury trial and class action rights. Each party bears its own fees unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
